1. Warranty?
For each order, we provide one year limited warranty, within the warranty time we can provide repar parts or you can ship the products back, we will repair and ship back to you.
2. Delivery time?
Sample order will be shipped out 3-5 days after got your payment ,Large order depend on quantity .we welcome even 1 sample order for Sharpy 200w 5R Beam Moving Head Light ,don´´t worry about sample order ,many sample orders make big order in our factory.
3. Do I need a technical person to assist installation and debugging the system to the screen?
Yes,normally it requests to send one or two technical persons to the installation site for assist,
as the perimeter/scoreboard will connect to different systems at the stadium,so, unless the buyer has professional engineer, we kindly suggest one or two engineers to be at site to help debugging the whole systems.
4. What’s the score system you recommend?
The score system now we recommend is for international standard, including: FIFA,NCAA,American football,IIHF,MLB.
5. Is there any MOQ if I want to put one order?
Yes, you are right there has MOQ coz normally the mesh screen size will over 100 sqm, so, we kindly
request the MOQ will be 100sqm, if you have any difficult, pls let us know without hesitation as well.
