According to the data, Ziyangsheng Optoelectronics Technology was established in 2020 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the production and research and development of small and medium-sized high-resolution silicon-based Micro LED displays. The company has cooperated with the professional team of Taiwan Jiaotong University to research Micro LED technology. Currently, it can produce microdisplays with many pixels per unit area, fast response speed, low power consumption and large viewing angle.
Ziyangsheng Optoelectronics said that the first phase of the company products will focus on the application of AR/VR near-eye display devices, and the second phase will focus on the application of smart watches and mobile phone displays.
The total investment of this silicon-based Micro LED microdisplay project is 550 million yuan, and the project scale is 10,999 square meters. The project will build a new silicon-based Micro LED production plant, RD office building and related supporting facilities. The technology is equipped with quantum dot (QD) materials, a 0.29-inch silicon-based Micro LED microdisplay capable of full-color display and a resolution of more than 3200PPI. After the project is completed, it can produce 2 million silicon-based Micro LED microdisplays per year. It is understood that the project will start construction in June 2021, and related equipment will begin to enter the site in 2021. It is expected to start commissioning and mass production in the second quarter of 2022.
In addition to the construction of this Micro LED project, the silicon-based Micro OLED display project of Ziyangsheng Optoelectronics will also be launched in Zibo in 2020. The total investment of the project is 1.45 billion yuan. After the official production, it is expected to achieve sales of 688 million yuan in the first year. 31 million yuan.
It is reported that Ziyangsheng Optoelectronics silicon-based OLED microdisplay can be widely used in AR/VR display equipment such as helmet-mounted displays, stereoscopic display mirrors, and glasses-type displays, as well as high-resolution near-eye display industries such as industrial security and medical care.
