Vog Optoelectronics has introduced 0OD 34 inch curved glass based backlight products, named Z-MLED, Z stands for Zero (zero distance), Zenith (LCD picture quality peak).
According to reports, Z-MLED adopts 1152 partition, carrying 9216 LED and so on, the total thickness of the lamp board is 1mm, 0.55 (substrate) +0.45 (lamp + sealant) mm, resolution is 3440*1440.
At the same time, Z-MLED uses a single Mosaic mode to overcome the PCB splice scheme and solve the problem of uneven lighting efficiency of PCB. When paired with the TFT screen, the screen brightness can reach 1000nit, NTSC 105% ultra-high color gamut, ultra-high contrast of millions of levels.
At the product release conference, Yi Weihua, chairman of Vog Optoelectronics, said that the group is transforming from a traditional photoelectric glass finishing and manufacturing enterprise to a product-oriented and innovative enterprise. The group has invested a lot of capital, manpower and material resources in technology research and development, established a research institute in Songshan Lake, and further improved the industrial chain layout.
At present, Voge has made breakthrough and important achievements in the fields of glass-based MiniLED backlight, TGV (Glass through hole interconnection), new energy, new material (CPI/PI), New display (Micro), and some products have realized mass production.
For the future planning, Yi Weihua further pointed out that the future Voger will implement the one body and two wings development strategy. One is Vogel stick to the display industry; Both wings, that is, at the same time in the field of semiconductor packaging, new energy (such as batteries, photovoltaic) to find new growth points.
