LED module filling need to pay attention to:
AB glue to be mixed evenly;
Filling the amount of moderate, not too small, not too much. Too little can not play a waterproof role, too much will affect the LED light angle and mask assembly.
Poor irrigation will appear the following phenomenon:
1. Impurities, more plastic, less glue, atomization
2. Bowl bubbles, pearl bubbles, linear bubbles
3. colloid damage, colloid cracking (glue aging or proportion of not), colloidal yellow (A plastic ratio is too large).
4. Stent insertion, stent inserted deep, stent inserted shallow, stent inserted anti-stent climbing plastic, stent yellow (oxidation, baking temperature is too high or too long)
