
Usually, the LED canopy is built in the bustling commercial center zone, crowded area, so all kinds of existing engineering quality hidden danger to the surrounding buildings, life security constitute a major threat,This paper analyzes the structure of a real led canopy engineering in safety.
1. Basic Testing
The cracks in the steel column and the ground junction of the LED canopy project are inspected and inspected: whether there is settlement crack, deformation and displacement phenomenon in the concrete-filled steel tubular column and the ground connection, and the upper structure is working normally, there are obvious inclination, displacement and crack caused by settlement.
2.the layout of the components and section size detection
This paper investigates the layout of LED canopy engineering components, and uses steel tape, vernier caliper, ultrasonic thickness gauge and so on to extract 8 steel tubular columns and 8 pipe truss members in the LED canopy project, to measure the cross-section dimensions and to test the cross-section dimensions of the components to meet the design requirements.
3. Weld Seam Quality inspection
Using digital ultrasonic flaw detector to extract 48 butt weld seam and related line weld seam of LED canopy project, weld quality inspection, weld seam quality reached the requirement of grade two of weld quality.
4. Appearance quality, damage and leakage inspection
Inspect the appearance quality, damage and leakage of the LED canopy project: Corrosion of connecting parts, wrinkle of steel component, flow fall, peeling and rust, and crack and deformation.
