Hebei University has made new progress in UVC UV random laser research
It was reported on June 30 that a team from Hebei University, in conjunction with Kunming University and other institutions, used a 450 nm blue laser excitation and successfully obtained a UVC random laser with a wavelength range of 230-250 nm from a Pr3+ doped YPO4 crystal through two-photon absorption. The shortest wavelength currently emitted by upconversion lasers.
The Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory team cooperated with the Peking University team to design and develop a deep ultraviolet LED integrated light source with three wavelengths of 275nm, 265nm and 255nm with watt-level output power through COB integration technology, with a maximum output power of 1.88W.
