LED leading factory Fucai announced on the 24th that in order to carry out the group professional division of labor and the integration of its various business resources, its subsidiary Longda transferred its factory in Hsinchu Science Park to another subsidiary, Epistar. NT$710 million.
Li Bingjie, chairman of Fucai, said at the legal meeting on the 3rd of this month that the group will try to do better integration in the next few years, invest resources in emerging technologies, and hope to seize the Mini/Micro LED, sensing, automotive, and 5G markets. Opportunities for growth, moving towards a solution provider, 5G is currently in small-scale production, and it is expected to enter mass production this year.
Fucai said that Longda’s factory in Hsinchu Science Park was obtained from AUO on May 21, 2010 at a price of about NT$840 million. The buyer and the seller will complete the negotiation, and transfer the property rights after the Hsinchu Science Park Administration approves the transfer.
