The LED display device improves TV relay by eliminating the slow-motion replay of strobes. The clips are played at a speed of 20,000 frames per second without flickering, providing a natural high-definition playback effect.

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, a kind of semiconductor which is used to give and receive the electronic signal into infrared rays or light, using the characteristics of compound semiconductor.
