Unreasonable layout of the leakage protector

The leakage protector itself has some limitations
(1) the current leakage protector, both electromagnetic and electronic type, uses magnetic induction voltage transformer to pick up the leakage current in the main circuit of the electric equipment, and the three-phase or three phase four wire can not be completely balanced in the magnetic loop. The three-phase power load of the LED display can not be fully balanced. Under large current or high overvoltage, a certain electromotive force will be induced in a magnetic ring with very high conductivity. This emf will lead to the leakage of the leakage protector to a certain extent. The bigger the rated current is, the larger the leakage protector uses relatively large magnetic ring, the leakage flux is relatively large, and the leakage current should overcome the magnetic force of the magnetic ring itself, which leads to the greater the rated current of the actual leakage protector, the lower the sensitivity and the greater the rejection rate.
(2) the leakage protector has an undefined action area between the rated leakage current and the rated leakage current. When leakage current of the leakage protector is fluctuated in this area, it may lead to irregular tripping of the leakage protector.
Unreasonable selection of leakage protector
(1) the rated leakage current used in the switch box is more than 30mA or more than two times more than the rated current of the electric equipment, or the delay type leakage protector is selected. Due to the increase of the rated leakage current or the decrease of the protection sensitivity, the last leakage protection occurs when the leakage fault occurs. The device has no action, and the leakage protector at the higher level may act.
(2) when the LED display is energized, the starting current is always relatively large. This large current may cause the leakage protector to trip. Therefore, the cabinet of the display screen should be powered up in batches as far as possible. In addition, the electromagnetic leakage protector which is not sensitive to surge overvoltage and overcurrent should be selected, or electronic leakage protector, which is 1.5~2 times larger than the rated current, should be selected, but as the last stage leakage protection, the rated leakage current should not be greater than 30mA.
