According to reports, the project is aimed at the requirements of advanced glass materials for 8.5 generation flexible OLED panels, and the core technology of 8.5 generation OLED substrate glass and one-time forming flexible cover glass is developed with independent intellectual property rights. In accordance with the whole-chain integrated research and development idea of basic theory -- key technology -- industrial demonstration -- application evaluation, basic research on structure and performance design of OLED display glass materials, calculation and simulation of key thermal processes, etc. was carried out, and key technologies and core equipment of OLED substrate glass and flexible cover glass were developed. Establishing the 8.5 generation OLED base plate glass and single-formed flexible cover glass demonstration production lines, realizing industrialization production of large-size, high-quality and high-performance OLED display glass materials, will fill the technology and product gaps of 8.5 generation OLED base plate glass and single-formed flexible cover glass in our country, and realize the independent control of OLED glass materials of new display industry chain.
