The Glue of LED Display
The packaging glue in the LED display is mainly organic silicon and epoxy resin.
1.Silicone. Silicone is cost-effective, excellent in insulation, dielectric and adhesive. The disadvantage is that it is easy to absorb moisture and air tightness. It is rarely used in packaging applications for LED devices.
2.Epoxy resin. Epoxy resins are susceptible to aging, poor heat resistance, and are subject to moisture, short-wavelength light, and discoloration at high temperatures. Epoxy resin has certain toxicity, LED thermal stress matching degree is not high, affect LED performance and life greatly.
