In order to solve the problem of lattice screen color, we use the outdoor display technology as a scheme, and also transplant the outdoor pixel multiplexing technology (also called pixel sharing technology, virtual pixel technology) to the indoor display screen.
Advantage: The color consistency is better than the lattice module mode.
Disadvantages: Mixed color effect is not good, the angle is not big, horizontal direction to watch color difference. Processing is more complex, antistatic requirements are high. Real pixel resolution is more difficult than 10,000 points.
Patch Scheme
Using SMD light-emitting Tube As the display element scheme.
Advantages: Color consistency, visual angle and other important indicators are the best in the existing scheme, especially the triple-A-paste color effect is very good.
Disadvantages: processing technology trouble, the cost is too high.
Sub-table sticker scheme
In fact, one of the improvement of the single lamp scheme is still in perfect.
Advantages: In the display of color consistency, perspective and other primary indicators and labeling scheme is not very different, but low cost, display effect is good, the resolution can theoretically achieve more than 17200.
Disadvantages: processing or more complex, anti-static requirements high.
