First:Clean up

LED display belongs to high power consumption equipment, after running for a long time, due to many start-stop and run, in which the power supply part of the terminal due to heat will cause loose, loose contact, the formation of virtual connection, severe fever, or even Ignite the plastic components next to it. The signal terminals will also loose due to hot and cold temperature changes, moisture erosion lead to poor contact, which led to equipment failure, it must be regularly LED connector connections.
