4, the power supply problem: the design of LED display, for the selection of what kind of material (including power supply selection and use), can not be aware of the power supply system problems, resulting in LED module power supply inequality.
5, control system, control IC: LED display manufacturers do not have LED display control system and control IC design and development, testing and production capacity. Production of the display of course, can not be guaranteed, the only thing to do is to tune the parameters.
Therefore, when the LED lights and the production process is due to LED display module color cast problem, only the module rework or replacement. When the power supply problem, you need to replace the power supply lights and so on. If the control system and IC problems, can only require manufacturers to repair or solve.
