3, when the system is working live, it is forbidden to adjust the input voltage of the control card, so as not to damage the serial port and the serial port of the control card due to improper adjustment and high voltage. The normal operating voltage of the control card is 5V. When the power voltage is adjusted, the control card should be dismantled and the multimeter is used to measure the slow adjustment.
4, strictly control the connection between the grounding terminal of the control card and the display frame. Otherwise, when assembling the static electricity on the display frame, it will easily damage the serial port of the computer and the serial port of the control card, resulting in the instability of the communication. When the static electricity is serious, it will destroy the display unit on the control card and the screen. Therefore, in the outer room or the communication distance, recommended that users must use serial port isolator, in order to avoid ground loops, surge, induction lightning, hot plug and other harsh environment damage to the computer serial port control card and serial port.
5, we must ensure the correct connection between the control card and the computer serial port so as not to damage the serial port of the control card and the computer serial port because of the incorrect input signal.
