Note: Group III elements for the P-type material, Ⅴ elements for the N-type material, the chip material is mainly Ⅲ, Ⅴ group of compounds.


The pad of the chip is generally a gold pad or an aluminum pad. The shape of the pad is round, square, cross and so on.


The color of the chip depends on the wavelength (HUE). The classification of common visible light is roughly dark red (700nm), dark red (640-660nm), orange (615-635nm), amber (600-610nm), yellow 580-595 nm), yellow-green (565-575 nm), pure green (500-540 nm), blue (435-490 nm), purple (380-430 nm). White light and pink light is a light mixing effect. The most common is the combination of blue + yellow phosphor and blue + red fluorescent powder.
