Large LED Display Production Process
1. After the aluminum profiles are assembled, we first install the display unit boards from right to left and from the bottom to the top. The height and flatness of the unit boards can be adjusted by the disk nuts at the four corners.
2. After completing the above steps, we must prepare to install the switching power supply: Use a hand drill to drill the hole of the φ3.2 in the position of the switch power supply installation hole and fix it with a self-tapping screw.
Connect the 220V power cable to the switching power supply (make sure the connection is correct, connect it to the AC or NL terminal) and plug it in. You will find that there is a light on the power supply, and then measure the voltage between V+ and V- using a multimeter, DC voltage, to ensure that the voltage is between 4.8V-5.1V, next to a knob, you can adjust the voltage with a Phillips screwdriver. In order to reduce the screen heat and extend the life, the voltage can be adjusted to between 4.5V-4.8 in applications where the brightness is not high. After confirming that there is no problem with the voltage, disconnect the power supply and continue assembling the other parts.
3. Connect the cell panel display screens with 16P cables from right to left.
Pay attention to the direction and you cannot reverse it. Please note that the cell board has two 16PIN interfaces, one is the input, one is the output, and the input is close to the 74HC245/244, which connects the control card to the input. Outputs the input connected to the next cell board.
4. Connect the 5V power cable of the switching power supply to the power socket of the unit board. Note that the positive and negative polarities of the power supply cannot be reversed. The black line is connected to -V and GND. The red line connects +V and VCC +5V.
5. Installation of display card and sending card: Take off the chassis of the computer, install the display card and sending card of the Maipu glory LED display according to the corresponding socket, and fix them with screws. The flat cable is used to connect the display card and the sending card. Insert the video card driver CD into the CD-ROM drive and it will automatically enter the installation state. Please follow the instructions. First install DirectX 8.1, then install the driver, and finally install the control panel.
6. Receiving card installation: Install the receiving card in the appropriate position on the right side of the LED display screen frame, and connect the signal line between the power supply and the receiving card and the unit board.
7. Connect the sending card and receiving card with five types of twisted pair (communication line).
8. Check if the switching power supply is short-circuited.
