The standard stipulates that the smart light pole takes the lighting pole as its main body, and its construction should be carried out around the road lighting project. At the same time, the construction of smart light poles should take into account the advanced nature of products, the scientific nature of the plan, and the economy of the project, and rely on the appropriate construction timing to maximize the functional effect of smart light poles.
The Technical Specifications for Smart Light Pole contains six basic regulations.
1. Smart light poles should be used as the carrier of the infrastructure system network to realize the co-construction, co-governance and sharing of information infrastructure.
2. As a continuous, uniform and densely arranged road pole on the road, the road lighting pole should be used as the main carrier for the integration of various functions at the front end of the smart light pole system.
3. The special plan for smart light poles and the construction plan for smart light poles are organized and formulated by the competent industry departments, and the approval process shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. On the premise of meeting the requirements of business functions and structural safety, intensively integrate and set up various poles, chassis, supporting pipelines, power and monitoring facilities on the road, and reserve resources for the equipment to be mounted in the future. Co-construction, sharing and interconnection.
5. The smart light pole system and other road facilities should be designed as a whole, and the style, shape, color, etc. should be coordinated with the road environment landscape as a whole to reflect the characteristics of the city.
6. The construction of the smart light pole system should be forward-looking, scientific, and economical, and be carried out simultaneously with municipal projects such as overhead line entry and landscape improvement, to avoid repeated investment in the later stage.
In terms of lighting system, the road lighting function is still the basic function of smart light poles, so the evaluation of road lighting quality by smart light poles is an important basis for project acceptance. The relevant provisions include the following four items.
1. When the lamp pole lighting system is accepted, the lighting quality of the lighting system should be tested. The number of tests should be distinguished according to different road levels, lighting arrangements, and lighting types. For the same category, no less than two test sections should be selected for testing. The space between two adjacent light poles is used as a test segment, and the selection of the test segment should be a straight line segment or an approximate straight line segment.
2. Check the test report of road illuminance, brightness, environmental ratio, glare and other indicators. Each indicator should meet the design requirements and the provisions of Urban Road Lighting Design Standards CJJ 45.
3. Check the road lighting power density test report. The test quantity and location are the same as the road illumination test section. The road lighting power density should meet the design requirements and the Urban Road Lighting Design Standards CJJ 45.
4. The control of the lighting system should meet the design requirements. According to the design requirements, check whether the lighting system can reasonably determine the switching time of road lighting according to the geographical location of the road, sky brightness, seasonal characteristics, road characteristics, etc. correct.
