LED display is divided into synchronous screen and asynchronous screen.
For the asynchronous screen, generally through network control, RS232 control, or USB control. for these controls, the laptop can be supported, so there is no problem.
For synchronous LED display, there are generally two kinds. One is the traditional control system, the system needs to use the Send card, and then the sending card connected to the computer's DVI display interface to obtain the display data, so that the computer monitor fully synchronized display. In this case, the prerequisite is that there must be a DVI display interface. Then, if you use a notebook computer to control the LED display, you need a laptop with DVI display interface. In addition to the DVI display interface, but also need a USB RS232 conversion line, there is the LED display control system of the transmission card needs to use the external card.
Synchronous LED display, DVI interface:
1, the notebook computer needs to have the DVI display interface
2, or use the video processor
3. Using external LED Display control system to send card
4. Use USB to turn serial line
Synchronous LED display, Gigabit interface:
The laptop needs a gigabit network.
