II. The current economic situation in Russia
When the news is in the broadcast of the yen depreciation rate of more than 17%, the Russian ruble this year has depreciated more than 55%. The reason for the devaluation comes from the sanctions imposed on the Ukrainian event in Europe and America, and the effect of a sharp decline in oil prices. However, in this highly dependent on the import market, will lead to increased import costs, so that the cost of local lighting sales in Russia, the problem is high. It is for this reason that LEDinside analysts believe that the Russian local companies expect to foster the local supply chain motive, and hold the technical expertise of foreign manufacturers, just to take advantage of this opportunity to grasp the establishment of strategic alliances.
III. Career development relies heavily on "partnership"
You are facing the Russians, arrogant and tough fighting nation. Forget the business model of "looking for customers", "trial production", "early import"; Russian people are not your product, nor is your price, they attach importance to your "partnership"! How good is your relationship with the government? How good is your relationship with the financial unit? Do you have a relationship with a company that is supported by a national sovereign fund? This is the key to attracting Russians to do business with you. The most important thing is that when the Russians believe that you are a partner, never easy to transfer a single, but firmly establish a strong cooperative relationship.
