LED electronic display is a very important part of the LED unit board, if the unit board has a problem, will directly affect the overall quality of the LED display! So, how to identify the LED unit board is good or bad LED display business concerns, Here are some common ways to detect LED unit board.


    First, material

    1. LED unit plate plate

   Some LED unit board manufacturers in order to low-cost competition, the use of cheap flame retardant paper board or single-sided fiberboard as LED lights PCB circuit board. Because the whole glass fiber board is expensive. Just do not see the difference, under normal circumstances less than a year because of moisture, UV damage, oxidation and other reasons and fracture, resulting in the entire LED unit board scrapped. High-quality LED unit board must use double-sided full glass fiber PCB board, although the high cost, but the quality is guaranteed.

    2. IC device

    Observe whether the brand of IC devices used is consistent. What type of IC, and the number of IC, which is also sufficient to affect the quality of LED unit board. Some LED display manufacturers, in order to save costs, in the production unit board will deliberately reduce the number of IC, or mixed with other brands of IC.

    3. Lamp beads and chips:

    The naked eye is unable to distinguish between good and bad lamp beads. Can only rely on a long test, that is, experts say the aging test. General LED display manufacturers practice is: the factory power, check whether the normal operation of LED display, is not going through a long aging test. Because there is time and labor costs.


    Second, the welding quality

    Check whether the patch is missing parts, wrong paste phenomenon, whether the phenomenon of component pin burr short circuit. Check whether the plug-in solder joints are smooth and round, whether the board is clean and tidy, no welding. Check the consistency of the flatness of the luminous dots and the color of the ink.


    Third, power test

    Power test (refer to the "Performance Test Report" procedure):


    ① power test luminescence dot matrix consistency;


    ② power test on the row drive tube CEM4953 is effective protection;


    ③ power test signal transmission capacity.
