There are several ways of making a spherical LED display.
For outdoor spherical LED display with larger diameter, single pixel can be used. The ball is cut in a latitudinal manner, led monochrome display controller, and a row of led pixel cartridge is placed at each latitude.
for small diameter indoor spherical LED display, you can use a table triad LED lights, using the flexible PCB production point controlled light band, then the lights take like 1 kind of form, according to the latitude around the ball.
3. For indoor screen, the special LED panel can be designed according to the point spacing. Different unit plate can design triangle stitching, can also be designed as 6 edges joining together (like football, by multiple 6 edge image Mosaic), indoor spherical LED screen models are: P4, P5, P6, P10 and so on the many kinds of models to choose from.
