At the completion ceremony, Stantec signed strategic cooperation agreements with four well-known enterprises including Wentai Technology, Longli Technology, Shunyu Optical and Nader Optical.
According to the introduction, Stean Semiconductor was established on June 22, 2022. It is the chip design base of Stean Technology to build the first phase of Micro LED mass production line in Xiamen, focusing on the third generation semiconductor photoelectric chip design and silicon based CMOS driver chip design and flow sheet, which will truly realize the complete closed-loop of Micro LED from design to flow sheet, from pilot test to mass production.
At the completion ceremony, the company showcased its research and development achievements in recent years, including more than 10 exhibits such as green, blue and red monochrome Micro LED display modules with screen sizes of 0.13-0.7 inches and up to 10,000 PPI, single green Micro LED AR glasses and Micro LED vehicle HUD.
Sterntech also showcased its first 0.18-inch Micro LED single-screen full-color display module and Micro LED single-screen full-color AR glasses solution with the module.
According to the introduction, compared with the existing prototype products on the market, the AR glasses solution can improve the field of view Angle by nearly 40% under the same light machine, while the screen brightness reaches more than 10,000 nits, which is also the highest brightness level that can be achieved by the single screen full-color products on the market at present.

Sitan Technology said that in the past, the company has fully run the technology route in the pilot line and achieved small batch shipments to downstream customers. With the launch of the monochrome and full-color mass production line in Xiamen, SITan Technology will further improve the mass production capacity, yield and reliability of Micro LED.
