Product application knowledge and performance testing are as follows:

Pin forming method:

LED installation method


(1) pay attention to the arrangement of various devices outside the line, to prevent the polarity of the wrong. The device can not be too close to the heating element, the working conditions do not exceed its specified limit.


(2) Be sure not to install LEDs when the pins are deformed.


(3) When determining the installation in the hole, calculate the size and tolerances of the faces and the pitch on the circuit board to avoid excessive pressure on the stand.


(4) when the installation of LED, built with guide sleeve positioning.


(5) Before the welding temperature returns to normal, the LED must be protected from any vibration or external force.


Cleaning


Care must be taken when cleaning colloids with chemicals, as some chemicals are damaged on colloidal surfaces and cause discoloration such as trichlorethylene, acetone, and the like. Can be wiped with ethanol, impregnated, the time at room temperature no more than 3 minutes.
