This is the serial communication line and the sending card is not connected or the communication line is not connected, please check the communication line is not connected with the serial port is good, connected to restart the LED studio.
Second, the display screen is not bright (black)
1) Check whether the power supply is energized;
2 check the graphics card settings, re-set the graphics card to copy mode;
3) to detect whether the DVI cable or data cable is connected, with or without fault (synchronization screen);
4) sync screen to detect the sending card and receiving card communication green light with or without flicker;
5) If the green card is flashing but the receiving card is connected with the green light without flicker, then check the communication network cable is no problem (network using the international standard 568B);
6) whether the computer monitor is protected, or the display area is black or pure blue (sync screen).
Third, the unit module is not bright or dark
1) continuous plate a few horizontal direction is not bright, check the normal module and abnormal module between the cable connection is intact, the cable is bad replacement;
2) whether the module power cord is loose, such as loose is tightened;
3) dark light Check the module power supply whether there is +5 V output, such as power supply is no replacement of the new power supply.
Fourth, the module missing color
1) cable loose or damaged, re-plug a few times to see if the normal, if not then replaced;
2) module buffer chip (74HC245) damaged, replace the same type of chip;
3) Whether the module power cord is loose or tightened if it is loose.
Five, a box or a number of boxes do not shine
1) the normal box and bad box between the signal cable loosening or damage, re-plug a few times to see if the normal, if not then replaced;
2) If the signal cable is faulty, the green light on the receiving card is flashing, but the display does not show, re-send the drive settings and display connection to see if it is normal, if no display is to replace the receiving card.
